By downloading or using the MeteoLive app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use MeteoLive for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Weather data — no guarantee

Forecasts, radar and other weather information are provided for general informational purposes only and come from third-party sources (including OpenWeather and Windy). Weather is inherently uncertain. We do not warrant that the information is accurate, complete or timely, and you should not rely on it for decisions where inaccurate data could lead to injury, loss or damage. Always consult official warnings from your local authorities in severe weather.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

Advertising

The app is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads and any linked content are the responsibility of their providers.

Intellectual property

MeteoLive, its name and its design are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party marks (including Apple, Google and Windy) belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes & termination

We may update the app or these Terms at any time, and may discontinue the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
